This is a space where you don’t have to perform—but you do have to be honest.

The Nature of This Work

The Sacred Return™ is a space for awareness, presence, and personal responsibility.

This is not a place for performance, fixing, or proving.
It is a space for noticing what is happening—honestly and in real time.

Respect for the Space

By participating in any offering, program, or community connected to Elizabeth Garrison™ and Sacred Return™, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with others

Allow different experiences without judgment

Refrain from giving unsolicited advice or “fixing” others

Speak from your own experience rather than directing someone else’s

Personal Responsibility

This work is not about being told what to do.

It is about recognizing your own patterns and making your own decisions.

You are responsible for:

how you interpret and apply the material

your participation in any space

your personal well-being and choices

Confidentiality

If you are participating in a group space:

What is shared in the space stays in the space

Do not share, repeat, or disclose another person’s experience outside of the container

Boundaries

To maintain the integrity of this work:

Direct messaging for personal coaching or emotional processing is not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your offer

Communication will occur through the designated channels provided

Behavior That Will Not Be Tolerated

The following may result in removal from a program or space without refund:

Disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behavior

Harassment or inappropriate communication

Repeated attempts to override the structure of the space

Soliciting or promoting outside services without permission

This Is Not Therapy or Crisis Support

This work is reflective and educational in nature.

It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention.

If you are in distress or need immediate support, please seek help from a licensed professional or appropriate services.

Removal from the Space

Elizabeth Garrison™ reserves the right to remove any participant who is not aligned with this Code of Conduct or who disrupts the integrity of the space.
